How To Pay
We accept cash, credit cards, venmo, paypal, and checks (made out to the practitioner you worked with). We do not accept insurance at this time, but can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

How to Book

Hours
Our clinic is open by appointment only. Bookings are suggested to be reserved a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Should you require immediate assistance due to an accident, leave us a message by phone (520-445-5524) or email (myrickje@gmail.com) and we will do our best to accommodate such an emergency. We are currently open on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Preparing for your Appointment
Please wear comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing.
Make sure you have had at least one meal before your appointment.
Silence your cell phone upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of 50% of your treatment price ($50 for regular visits, $70 for initial visits) applies for missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. No cancellation fee for canceling due to Covid-19 symptoms.

A Note on Covid-19 Safety
We are continuing to use Covid-safe protocols to keep patients and practitioners safe. Please wear a face mask in our office if you so choose. Contact us right away if you feel sick or may have been exposed to someone with Covid-19. Our practitioners are fully vaccinated and will follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines for proper protocols as they become available. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
